May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, and while we're glad for the spotlight it brings, we want to be upfront: this isn't a once-a-year conversation for us. Supporting the mental health of our employees and their families is something we think about all year long.
That commitment shows up in the way we build our benefits. We don't view mental health in isolation. Emotional, physical, and mental well-being are all connected, and we put our benefits together with that in mind. Life outside of work directly shapes how people show up each day, and we think a good employer acknowledges that reality rather than ignoring it.
The most meaningful support often isn't loud. It looks like knowing you have access to care when you actually need it, having resources that extend to your family, and working somewhere that doesn't treat mental health as a taboo subject. We want our people to feel comfortable seeking help, not judged for it. Reducing that stigma matters to us, and it's something we work at consistently.
We also believe that long, sustainable careers are built on more than professional growth alone. When people feel genuinely supported emotionally, and mentally, they're better positioned to do great work, grow with the company, and stay engaged over time. That's why our mental health resources aren't add-ons. They're a core part of how we take care of our team.
We're proud of the culture we've built, and we know it takes consistent effort to maintain. Mental health support is part of that , not because it's May, but because it's the right way to treat people.
